My name is Victor Michaud. For over 14 years, I’ve worked in the financial services industry, currently serving as a Senior Manager where I continue to lead teams, guide clients, and deliver high-impact solutions helping hundreds of clients navigate complex financial decisions with clarity and confidence. I’ve also had the privilege of coaching and mentoring new financial professionals as they built their careers and stepped into leadership.
Throughout those years, one thing became very clear:

But mindset is what determines whether someone truly rises.

That realization led me to expand my mission.
